asked a friend in grad school "Your hair is fabulous - where do you get your hair done?" She gave me the name of her stylist - Oksana- and told me that she loves going to her because she treats you with care and precision, as if your hair was a piece of art. I thought my friend was a wacko until I actually had Oksana do my hair. I have referred several people to her and have only received thank you's for doing so. From classic long looks, to short & spikey, to men's cuts, Oksana can accommodate pretty diverse customer needs. I

I came in with a picture of what I wanted - the blondest color . I am pretty sure that a lot of places would have told me that going blonder would be risky, since I already had spots of bleaching and whatnot, but Oksana handled it well and the color came out perfect! Also, the cut is probably the best I've had. I have very fine hair, and usually it's hard for me to get the type of volume I want, but with the cut she gave me, it's effortless to get it to look exactly how I want it. Not to mention I loved the tea they gave me and the products they used on my hair (oh, the money that would have been spent if I'd had it at the time). Whenever I can afford a full-price cut/color I'll definitely be coming back!

Beautiful Spa. I've had a few massages here and I loved them. I left very relaxed, only to go face the busy ny streets :( Staff was accomodating ( i had 2 other people coming with me who wanted services as well) and pretty friendly. The place was very clean as well .

After reading the other reviews of this place, I thought I would give it shot! I "let myself go" in more ways than one after having a baby 2 years ago and have been terrified at the thought of getting a bikini wax ever since! Since my skin is not as taut as it used to be I thought for sure this would be as painful as ever! While I did wince a few times, it was not at all what I expected. GAlina was fantastic, and not only did she do a great job at the waxing, but she also calmed my nerves about being so out of shape! Thanks GAlina!

Love this place. It is like a second home. I have been seeing Olga and my boyfriend and I started going for the couples massage almost two months ago . So worth it and a reasonable treat for your health. You aren't paying for location or image. This is truly a therapeutic, relaxing experience good for your muscles, mind and everything. I can't encourage you enough to go.

I can't say enough good about Concept day spa , the staff and my stylist, Erik. From the moment I walked in and booked, they were so nice and friendly. The salon is beautiful and the staff (from receptionist to shampoo to stylist) were all genuine and nice. ERIK is AMAZING! He went out of his way to make sure my highlights/color/cut were perfect...it's never looked this good. He is friendly and professional, and totally tuned in to what YOU want and need and will go the extra mile professionally to make it happen. I just can't say enough wonderful about him! This is my first review - but they were so good, I had to share!

I visit this salon to have my hair done. The name of the hairstylist is Erik. He is the number one. He knows exactly what i wouild like to have and i am always satified with the results. I am happy i have found him in this big big city!

I decided to visit this salon to have my hair cut. I made an appointment and was very anxious. The name of the hairstylist is Oksana. I didn't know what to expect. I was for the first time going to color my hair. The result exceeded all my expectations! I am so happy! Oksana is a master of colouring. I will come back here again!

I normally don’t take the time to write reviews, but in this case I just had to because the experience was simply exceptional. I had my first visit to the Concept Day Spa this past weekend and found the quality of service and atmosphere absolutely perfect. The people are curtious, friendly, and go above and beyond for you. I'm recommending Galina to all my friends.She does a great job! She is awesome!!! She's super friendly, her working area is very clean. The prices are very reasonable.
Pros: So happy with my service. Will be going back.

I had never been here before but saw all the great reviews on city search and decided to give it a try. This salon has such a great, laid-back atmosphere. Everyone is really nice and professional. I had blonde highlights and a haircut with Aksana, who did an awesome job. My color looked amazing, natural (which I requested, though they can do more dramatic blondes too) and really healthy afterwords.Aksana also took the time to discuss other options with me to make sure I got what I wanted. I would highly recommed this salon to anyone who is tired of noisy salons where you just feel cattle prodded and end up paying a fortune for something you don't like.

This salon is so beautiful. The owner is a warm and friendly person. The staff seems to be very knowledgable. I found Oksana in Concept Salon and I couldn't be happier! She knew exactly what my hair used to be like and we are working to get it back to that quality. She uses a great color line and takes her time to produce exactly what you want. I really didn't want to leave. They totally know what they're doing and did a fantastic job,not to mention they are so friendly and personable too. I'll definitely be going back! They make you feel at home!!! Highly recommend for there customer service and creativity.

I called to make an appoitmant for a cut and facial . The girl that answered the phone was pleasant and very helpful with all of my questions. Oksana cut my hair- she was probably the sweetest person I have ever met and payed close attention to what i wanted- I love my new cut.Gala was my facialist- wow was she great! She took along time talking about my skin what I was using at home and the facial was amazing.The products smelt so great, and I got alot of massage and everything was personalized for me. I have been using some of the products she reccomended for only a week and my skin feels amazing! I will definitely go back.

I love this salon! I had an awesome Day of beauty. I had a fabulous facial with Galina.. Then Olga did my manicure and pedicure and finished my day of beauty with a shampoo and style with Oksana.I walked out of that salon looking and feeling rejuvinated! I found the staff knowledgeable and friendly.I have never been happier with a cut ! But, Oksana did Excellent Job!!!! I was totally comfortable and am completely satisfied with everything. I definately would recommend this place to anyone !!!!!!!!!!!!Thanks for everything, ladies.

It is my great pleasure to tell you about wonderful new SPA in Brooklyn. So far my best pick for SPA were places in city that were great but highly overpriced. I can not explain to you my excitement after visiting Concept day SPA. Its a Hollywood treatment right in the middle of Brooklyn. The whole atmosphere of the SPA makes you forget all you problems instantly. You become immersed in relaxation and meditation mode. SPA personnel not only highly PROFESSIONAL, but extremely accommodating and sweet. Last time I felt that way was in LA where I had to pay five times as much for similar service. SPA has beautiful DECOR and superb products, I came out from them rejuvenated, refreshed, renewed and revived. Since my first visit I have been to Concept SPA 3 times already, I had recommended it to my friends and ALL of them were as happy and as excited as I was. It is a true Precious spot for every woman and the best way to spend your money to BEAUTIFY and REJUVINATE herself. Also to mention, my husband joined me last time in their double sweet and it was an exhilarating experience!!!

I had to write a review about the skincare services at this salon because I have been treated so well and received excellent help here.The Esthetician at this salon is so caring and truly knows skincare. The place is adorable! It has a very relaxing atmosphere and the aromatherapy candles they burn are out of this world. Galina gave me a European facial which was one of the best I've ever had . Her touch is "heavenly" and my skin literally glowed. I can't recommend this place enough -- to anyone. You will be in for a special day when you get treated at the Concept Day Spa!!!!!!!

When you walk in you feel friendly atmosphere, homey environment and smiley faces. Special thanks to facial guru Gala from Luna Salon. I know her for years and follow her to every place she works for. Her hands are tender and she gives valuable advise every time I see her. All her products are top of the line. She is the best beautician I have ever gone to. My skin got improved by 100% and I look much younger now (thanks to Gala). She really cares about her clients. I'd like to say one more time 'Thank you, Gala, for your outstanding service'. I'd like to recommend this new salon to everybody, who's looking for homey and friendly place to relax.

Excellent cut and color--very hard to find in one stylist!I went in to the salon on a Monday, when most salons aren't even open, and stylist Axana was so sweet and really listened to what I was looking for. And gave me just what I wanted! The salon has such a nice appealing decor, then the warm reception made me feel special .After everything was done my hair looked perfect and the color was back to normal. .I recommend you give this salon a call.

I recently got a bikini and leg wax done by Galina and she was fabulous.The people who work there are real, caring and extremely good at what they do.This salon has the most wonderful atmosphere and is so relaxing, excellent services !!! They are so friendly and lovely!!! Now I have a place that gives great services, looks very inviting and is very relaxing.I want to thank you girls for going out of your way to give the best service and quality .I would highly recommend Concept Salon if you just want to relax and enjoy yourself.
