Appointments
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. Credit card is required to ensure a reservation.
Cancellations
We request 24 hours advance notice for cancellation of services. We reserve the right to charge for 50% of schedule service.
Late Arrival
Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer full treatment, and you will not receive an extension of schedule treatments.
Return policy
Gift cards and Gift Certificates are not refundable and are valid for one year.
Gratuity
Rates do not include gratuity, 15% – 20% is both appropriated and appreciated. A cash gratuity is specially appreciated.

You can use only one special at your first time visit!
All specials can't be combing with any other specials and gifts buying before!
But you can buy gift certificate for special price during special time, to use in the future for you and your friends!
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that appears to be under the influence of alcohol or other substances. Or any reason.
- Sexual advances, comments or innuendos toward our staff will result in immediate termination of treatments.
- Noise to ensure peace and tranquility in our treatment areas, please maintain conversation at considerate volume.
- Cell phones are not allowed in the treatment areas please turn off all electronic devices.
- Health condition please advise us of any health condition, allergies, or injuries with could affect your service when making your spa preservation.
- We are not responsible for personal belongings.
- We accept cash and major credit cards. No personal checks.
